Things are Looking Up for Sagittarius Season

Trichelle

Welcome to Glamour Magick Beauty. I must say Scorpio season has certainly been quite the journey. Death and resurrection aren’t typically easy processes but very necessary and worth it if we want truly want to ascend. Have you ever heard the phrase, “Your new life will cost you your old one”? Yeah, that was Scorpio season in a nutshell. However, now that we’ve risen like the Phoenixes that we are Sagittarius season is here to fill our new lives with warmth, optimism and wisdom. When the Sun moves into a new sign it takes Mars and Mercury with it so let’s take an in depth look at what’s to come from the Sagittarius stellium.

Sun in Sagittarius, Eventually the Pendulum Swings

Our sky daddy, the Sun will officially move into Sagittarius on the 22nd. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter which I think of as a rich and benevolent uncle. He’ll bestow luck, wisdom and plenty of other blessings on us this season so expect the odds to be in your favor. Sun in Sagittarius also means we’re now operating on the Sag and Gemini axis so embrace your inner child. It can be easy to forget that life is meant to be lived. Revel in adventure, unpredictability, spontaneity and creativity. It’s ok to engage in horse play after leaving the abyss of Scorpio season and before moving into very serious Capricorn.

Tarot Breakdown

Sagittarius is a fire sign that’s represented by Temperance in tarot. Temperance shows the number 14 but is the 15th Major Arcana card. Both numbers boil down to 5 and 6. 5 is what I consider a chaos number but chaos and creation go hand in hand. 6 is the number of love and when looking at the physical aspect of the number, it kind of looks like the beginning of a spiral. The Spiral is the source of creation and therefore represents no limits and being infinite.

I perceive the Temperance card as depicting alchemy. An Angel-like figure holds two cups as one foot sits in the water and one foot stands on land which follows that, “As above so below” motto. The element of water is being used to create and channel intuitive messages from the Divine. White shows purity, red shows fire/masculine energy, yellow for wealth, greenery represents for fertility and blue shows femininity.

Don’t forget to peep the 3rd eye and triangle over the heart to show the pineal gland and heart chakra is activated.

Mercury in Sagittarius, Talk Wise

Mercury moving into Sagittarius urges us to communicate loud and proud. It’s a time to be completely honest with ourselves and others regardless of how the truth makes us or them feel. The year is almost over so say what needs to be said now so you don’t bring stale energy into next year. I also encourage y’all to partake in jokes and any other forms of light-hearted communication.

However, the dark side of the above recommendations is offending people so please choose your words wisely. Speak love and life over your reality. Teach and be taught. Let me remind you that with the higher learning aspect of Sagittarius and after all that happened during Scorpio season you’ve come too far to communicate with the fools. Let them talk amongst themselves.

Mars in Sagittarius, Choose Your Fight(er)

Sagittarius is the only sign carrying a weapon and Mars feels comfortable in a fire sign so proceed with caution. If you don’t choose your words (ahem* Mercury) carefully you could end up choosing violence freely. On a lighter note Mars here is also fighting for what you believe in and demanding justice. Therefore don’t run from confrontion just choose what’s worth your time and energy fighting for. As always, let the fools fight while the fly take flight. Use your passion for better, chaos magick anyone?

That’s all I have for now y’all. Let me know in the comments how was Scorpio season for y’all. I moved states, quit my job and started a new life. Drastic I know but remember when I told y’all about the beautiful change that was coming? Oh yeah it came, it saw and conquered. Til next time, please tap into the Glamour Magick Beauty podcast. Love y’all…
