Welcome to Glamour Magick Beauty. If you’re like me then you’re trying to balance your hormones – particularly raise your estrogen through diet and lifestyle choices. After some research, it seems a keto, diabetes friendly diet is best but so are one’s everyday choices. High fats, less exercise, more rest, less refined carbs and sugar and supplements and herbs seem to be the key to getting one’s hormones back on track. Let’s get into this recipe!
Green tea – helps to lower androgens and testosterone
Coconut milk because it’s high in fat
Frozen banana, strawberries, kale, papaya, blueberries, kiwi, mangos and peaches
Blend until smooth and creamy. The thicker the texture the better. I then topped my smoothie bowl with coconut chia granola and hemp hearts.

My supplement of choice was Bare beauty’s super food blend. Packed with Maca, turmeric, and Camu Camu – all of which support feminine health.
