Fashion has made a big comeback after the 2020 quarantine so people are looking forward to dressing up and showing off their ‘fits outside. Below is a sneak peak at the GMB lookbook featuring streetwear pieces at various price points that can get your wardrobe ready for art shows in the city, Saturday night block parties or Sunday brunch.

TOPS

Summer time is for pastels, linen, crops and tanks. Choose Chet Lo’s spiky but soft Lagoon tank for a futuristic vibe or go sporty with Calvin Klein’s cleavage revealing cutout tank. UO’s Moon Notch Top forges a corset-esque look with deep cuts around the chest and waist and structured exposed seems. The seem exposure and the soft and stretchy fabric choice makes this top feminine but casual. I believe it will be best paired with denim. The pastel linen button down is the classy and carefree option–throw it on with some boat shoes or loafers to be boat party ready.

BOTTOMS

Go full out hype beast with Nike x Corp.Us biker shorts or go sophisticated with Acne’s floral silk pants. The pants can be dressed up or down depending on shoe and top choice. Be the Carrie Bradshaw of the night with the newspaper sheer midi skirt with the exposed seems. Miu Miu bought mini skits back but crochet knits are also in this season. Mix both trends together with UO’s pink and orange mini.

SHOES

Dior’s, DIORACT orange sandals mix utility design and luxury materials to perfectly capture the essence of luxury streetwear. Bottega Veneta follows suit with their off-white rubber platform heels. Get in line for the Nike dunks for a classic but still relevant shoe choice that’ll give you major cred in the sneakerhead community. Balenciaga has had one of the best designer brand comebacks this season so consider the pink slide platforms to slay the pool party.
